Procedure:

Mix phase A ingredients until homogeneous.
Slowly add phase B ingredients under mixing.
Add phase C ingredient and mix until fully dissolved.
Add phase D ingredients in the order listed and mix until homogeneous.
Pre-mix phase E and add it to phase ABCD.
Add phase F ingredient and mix until homogeneous.
