Disclaimer: Any variation in the formulation may cause performance to change.
Mix together phase A ingredients at 500 rpm while heating to 70°C with a water bath to melt the waxes. Maintain mixing until homogeneous.
Incorporate each phase B ingredient to phase A under mixing. When homogeneous, remove from heat.
When mixture reaches less than 30°C, sprinkle phase C ingredient into phase AB. Maintain mixing for an additional 2 min.
Cool down slowly under mixing and dispense into containers while still warm and flowable (but cool enough to have a good suspension of MaizeCare™ Style Polymer particles).
